Most honest plumbing company I've ever come across. They are reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance agencies on a claim. 5 stars is not enough. I recommend to all my clients and they are all ecstatic.

Hands down the best team of plumbers I have ever experienced working with. I’ve called Chris and his crew for both big jobs and small jobs. They have even re-piped my entire home. Chris and his team are professional, efficient, honest and ethical. Nobody asked me to do a google review. But after they took on a job in my guest bathroom this afternoon, I felt inclined to write this post (as well as a wonderful yelp review). Every time I’ve reached out to Chris for their professional service, they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule... they are truly the best at what they do!

Finally an honest plumber that is fair and not trying to upsell you unnecessary services. He explained all the options and was upfront with potential future costs or services that may be needed.

This was the worst service from a contractor I've experienced in a long time. I texted Chris as we had a clogged bathroom sink and needed the pipe under the sink replaced after the original broke while we were trying to clear the clog. He was supposed to come at 8 a.m. on Monday; when I texted him our gate code on Sunday evening, he said he wouldn't be there until later in the afternoon. Was he planning on letting us know or would he have just shown up hours later or not at all had I not contacted him? I came home from work to find out that Chris had sent someone from his "crew" and that a waxy substance had been tracked all over our wood floors and vanity top. The bathroom tile floor was dirty, with debris and scuff marks all over that I had to scrub super hard to remove. This is not how a professional treats their customer's work site/home. Also, the clog had NOT been cleared and the pipe LEAKED A LOT of water when we ran the faucet. What had this person done? Was he even a trained plumber? I texted Chris to explain the mess, clogged drain and leaking pipe. I asked if he could be back next day to remedy the situation since I would be home. I did NOT GET A RESPONSE from him whatsoever until the next morning, and all he said was the guy would be back. No apology, no concern, nothing to say about the mess and botched job. His "crew" member showed up the next day, and this time covered our floors with plastic wrap, which I appreciated. He cleared the clog and fixed the leaking pipe he had installed. When he left, however, I noticed more of the waxy substance was all over the top of our vanity and it would not come off, so it is permanently stained with a waxy film. When I texted Chris to let him know, I never heard a word from him. What horrible, inconsiderate, unprofessional service.
